How long does delivery take within the UK?
For in-stock items, we typically offer a 24-48 hour delivery service across mainland UK. Special orders or imported American tyres may take longer, and we will provide an estimated lead time at the point of purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our tyres and wheels worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination country.
Can I return tyres if they don't fit my vehicle?
You can return unused and unmounted tyres within 14 days of delivery. Please note that once a tyre has been mounted onto a wheel, it is no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as secure payments via PayPal.
Are your tyres covered by a warranty?
All tyres sold by North Hants Tyres come with a standard manufacturer's warranty covering material and workmanship defects. This does not cover road hazards, punctures, or improper installation.
Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
Yes, we offer a 'Click and Collect' service from our warehouse in Hampshire. Please select the collection option during checkout and wait for a notification that your order is ready.
