Returns & Exchanges

At North Hants Tyres, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your tyres or wheels are not a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they have not been mounted or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition and securely package them to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return via a tracked courier service to our warehouse facility; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
